Thummy Jacks, is powered by solar panels and a wind generator. It  has a fridge, microwave and a gas stove. Wood fire heating, along with good old fashioned hot water bottles to warm your bed, adding to your comfort.

All bed linen, towels and blankets are included.

Plates, pots, pans and cutlery are included.

A gas BBQ is provided for your use.

There is a television.

Your car needs to be a 4WD or all wheel drive to access Thummy Jacks.

Accommodation on a farm. Farm activities are not included.

A swimming pool and tennis court are available at the Dairy Park homestead when you stay at Thummy Jacks.

Enjoy the camp fire area, you can try your hand at fire side cooking! Or at least roast a marshmallow.

Fire wood provided.

Fire restrictions permitting.

You are welcome to walk along Thummbies creek, which was fenced out of grazing in 2006 and planted with native trees, allowing bird life to return, and just recently a Rakali (Water Rat) pair have been seen.

As well the creek has schools of Galaxias fish, that you may see in the water holes. 


Thummy Jacks is where Grant and Liz first lived when coming back to the farm.

Thummy Jacks Sheep Station is the name of the property that Barnard Stimpson owned near Carcoar NSW.

Barnard was a convict that later went on to become the mayor of Carcoar.
